Junior Environmental Scientist Two-day Program

Instructed by Environmental Educator Mark Ceneri, children will explore the environment through hands-on activities. They will make their own aquatic ecosystem, make a tracking bait station to attract wildlife and use plaster to capture paw prints, use microscopes to investigate “hidden nature” and learn about rising waters through a building activity.

During this 4-hour program (4 hours/day for two days), children will learn by doing and making creative projects related to the theme. We'll also have a fun physical activity/game and a break time to relax and chat. Children should bring water and a hearty snack.
