The mission of the Trumbull Nature and Arts Center (TNAC) is to provide nature-rich experiences to the members of our community. TNAC is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization, located in Trumbull, CT. Our goal is to expand our STEM and sustainability education outreach by providing an increasing number of school and camp field trips, family and children programs, and Cub and Girl Scout badge earning opportunities to the Fairfield County, Connecticut region, including underserved communities. Much of the TNAC development is afforded through public/private partnerships.

TNAC provides many different opportunities to for outdoor and art experiences, including:

  • Hands-on Science Field Trips, and in-school visits serving thousands of students each year

  • Educational programs for families on a wide variety of topics for families

  • Boy and Girl Scout Badge Programs

  • Collaboration with other local organizations, such as the Trumbull Library, the Trumbull Historical Society, Trumbull Community Women, and the Long Hill Garden Club

Many companies, organizations and local residents have contributed funds, equipment and time to TNAC. We are very proud of the community we live in, and we look forward to being a part of this dynamic community for many years to come.
