We’ll take a walk on the TNAC trails to read each beautifully illustrated page of the uplifting book “Little Mole Finds Hope”, posted along the way. Robin Bieber, MA, LMFT at Trumbull’s Counseling Center will lead a chat, and Environmental Educator Mark Ceneri will talk about moles and spring.

About the Event
- For ages 3 - 6, and caregiver
- We’ll take a walk along the TNAC trails to read each posted page of “Little Mole Finds Hope”.
- Robin Bieber, MA, LMFT at Trumbull’s Mary J. Sherlach Counseling Center will lead a chat about why Little Mole was feeling sad and why we may be feeling sad too. We’ll talk about ways your child can feel hopeful, followed by a mindfulness meditation session.
- Mark Ceneri, TNAC’s Lead Environmental Educator, will teach us all about moles and signs of spring.
- Each family will receive the book, “Gizmo’s Pawesome Guide to Mental Health”.
- Please note: If the minimum of 6 participants is not met, this program is subject to cancellation.
